✅ S3 + CloudFront pipeline is live

If you're reading this at beta.nexuvations.com, the full chain is working:

• DNS resolved beta.nexuvations.com
• ACM certificate validated (you're on HTTPS)
• CloudFront distribution is deployed
• CloudFront successfully read this file from the private S3 bucket via OAC

This is a manual placeholder file, not the real site. Next step is running the StaticSite-Staging.yml GitHub Actions workflow (or php build/render.php locally) to replace this with the actual Nexuvations pages.
